Prices are for the Table Foundry software and exclude GST. WhatsApp message charges are extra and are paid by you directly to Meta’s authorised WhatsApp Business Solution Provider. See “WhatsApp message charges” below.

WhatsApp message charges (not included in the plan price)

  • Every WhatsApp message sent to your customers is charged by Meta. These charges are not part of your Table Foundry subscription.
  • You pay them directly to Meta’s authorised WhatsApp Business Solution Provider, by topping up message credit in your own account with them. Table Foundry does not collect, hold or resell message credit.
  • Rates are set by Meta and the provider, and depend on the message type (for example, offers cost more than order updates). The provider’s current rates apply.
  • We plan your monthly campaigns around the credit you choose to keep. If your credit runs out, messages pause until you top up. Your ordering page and QR codes keep working.
  • Before you go live, we show you an estimate of your monthly message cost based on the size of your customer list.

What you’ll never pay us

  • Commission: none
  • Per-order platform fee: none

Customers pay into your own Razorpay account. Table Foundry is the software provider and never collects or holds your customers’ money. Your payment gateway charges its normal fee, the same as for any online payment you take.

Annual plan guarantee

If you’re on the Own plan and your direct orders in the year add up to less than 4 times the price you paid (₹39,996 on ₹9,999), your next year’s software subscription is free. Conditions apply, see the Restaurant Partner Terms.

Good to know

  • Your plan starts when you go live, not when you pay. Setup time doesn’t come out of your subscription.
  • No auto-renewal. We send a renewal invoice 30 days before your plan ends. You stay on your price for as long as you keep renewing without a gap.
  • Delivery: riders are booked on your own uEngage account and paid from your own wallet. The customer pays the delivery fee to you.
