How Table Foundry is delivered to restaurants
It’s all online. Table Foundry is software. Nothing is shipped except printed QR cards, which we hand over at your outlet or send by courier at no extra charge.
Setup time: usually 7 to 10 working days from when we receive your payment and everything we need:
- menu with prices
- customer data
- business documents, including your FSSAI licence
- your payment gateway account (we help you open one if needed)
- your POS or kitchen screen details
WhatsApp message approval by Meta and payment gateway account approval can add time. Both are outside our control. If they’re slow, we tell you.
Go-live: we confirm your go-live date on WhatsApp or email. That’s the day your plan starts.

- your ordering page at order.tablefoundry.co.in/your-restaurant
- your QR codes
- your owner dashboard login
- your first monthly WhatsApp campaign plan for approval
